Atelier Zaman and Z Works Design Build, an architect studio and a construction company, have integrated green and sustainable technology in home design and construction in Austin and Central Texas area since 1997. Our custom homes feature rain water harvesting systems, solar panel and solar water heater installations, building materials such as ICF and SIPs, geothermal heating/cooling and site specific design. The green homes have been designed with local climate in mind and to maximize clients needs and comfort.
