The ICF walls were raised over the winter and the new Structural Insulated Panels by Nvolve Technologies are looking great.
We also got the roof installed last week by Straight Solutions, the Austin’s Metal Roofing Experts, https://www.austinmetalroof.com. Hooray!The roof looks fabulous!

To celebrate our 20th year in business, we are building a new office building in Dripping Springs, Texas. ICF walls have been raised and concrete poured. Next ICF walls and roof framing.

Juliet Street residence in Austin, TX is just about to be dried out with last of the roof panels going up and metal roofing scheduled right after.
After many concrete pours, waiting for weather to clear for more concrete pouring, steel framing, rebar resupply runs and cranes for roof top panels, everyone is happy to have the project at the top hight and move on to the finishing stages!
Feather Hill is a recent addition to our Projects. It’s a guest house that extends an existing storage building into a showcase living space!

Z Works booth is number 66 and Rainwater House booth number 65. Yes, we are launching a new company called Rainwater House just for the rainwater harvesting fans! Come talk to us, we are there all day.
Creek Cove Crossing residence is build on a beautiful wooded lot with grand old oak trees to give plenty of shade in the summer.
The residence is on full rainwater collection system and the water storage is hidden under the house.
The combination of ICF walls and the SIPs roofing system give the house an energy efficient building envelope.
The roof is designed for solar panel installation if the owner so desires. This would make it possible to get very close to net-zero energy consumption.
