Twin Oaks is a new single family residence in the Texas Hill Country. The beautiful property has huge oak trees that provide shade for the outdoor living areas. The exterior walls are icf  and the roof is made out of  SIPs roof panels.

The house has a full rainwater collection system. The collection tank is half sunken into the ground. The capacity of the tank is about 20,000 gallons.
