Commercial office building in South Austin, Texas. A warehouse was converted into a 10,000 square foot office building.
Everything possible was recycled in the demolition stage and throughout the project including insulation, air duct work and metal.
The office has xeroscape landscaping. Harvested rainwater is used to irrigate drought tolerant, native plants. The landscaping includes lots of rock, gravel and recycled glass features.
Windows under the overhangs provide lots of light to the work spaces. Metal barn doors are used to close up the building at night.
