Phase one of a sustainable construction project in Gatesville, Texas. The owners wanted to build a garage with a loft and a studio apartment in order to live on site during the further phases of the construction.
The garage/studio has rainwater harvesting system. All mechanical systems were designed the future phases of construction in mind.
