Casita is a 700 square foot guest house addition in Dripping Springs, Texas area.
The main house was built with ICF blocks and the guest house follows the same energy efficient building method.
The Casita features water saving landscaping and a stained concrete outdoor ping pong table. The guest house has a 4000 gallon rainwater collection tank to supply all water needs.
