Remodel project close to downtown Austin, Texas. Four small rental units were converted into a larger living unit. This project was on the Austin Cool House Tour in 2005. It earned 4 star rating from the Austin Energy Green Building Program.

Beautiful reclaimed metal columns were used at the front balcony. The deck is made out if IPE wood and the blown in insulation is soy based.
